RidersFanatics Dataset License 1.0
These terms explain which parts of the RidersFanatics datasets may be reused and how attribution must be provided.
Permitted use
The public RidersFanatics datasets may be viewed, linked to and cited for personal, educational, journalistic and research purposes. Short extracts may be reproduced when they are necessary to support commentary or analysis.
Any reuse must clearly credit RidersFanatics and include a direct link to the relevant dataset page. The data must not be presented as official information from a rider, team, organiser, governing body or manufacturer.
Permission required
Bulk republication, systematic redistribution, resale, commercial database use or the creation of a substantially similar competing dataset requires prior written permission from contact@ridersfanatics.com.
Automated access must respect the site's technical limits and must not interfere with availability, security or normal operation.
Third-party rights
This license applies only to the original selection, organisation, normalisation and presentation produced by RidersFanatics. Rider names, brand names, trademarks, photographs, event information and source material may remain subject to rights held by their respective owners.
Accuracy and changes
The datasets are provided for information without a guarantee of completeness or uninterrupted availability. Equipment can change between runs, and prototypes may differ from retail products.
RidersFanatics may correct records and update these terms. Dataset pages identify their current publication date, and this page identifies version 1.0 of the reuse terms.
