RidersFanatics focuses on information connected to public sporting activity.

We aim to collect only information that is relevant to the RidersFanatics database.
We do not intentionally collect or publish private or confidential information.

Information from several sources may be combined to create a structured profile or relationship between a Rider, Team, Brand, Equipment item or Event.
RidersFanatics does not knowingly use leaked databases, private accounts or unauthorized sources.
04 — What We Do Not Collect
RidersFanatics does not intentionally collect information unrelated to a person’s public sporting activity.
We do not aim to publish:
- Private home addresses
- Private telephone numbers
- Private email addresses
- Private social media content
- Login credentials
- Payment information
- Private conversations
- Information obtained from private databases
For young riders, additional care is taken to avoid unnecessary private information.
05 — Accuracy and Historical Information
Information in the riding world changes frequently.
A rider may change team, sponsors or equipment. Event information and results may also be updated after publication.
RidersFanatics makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and relevant, but we cannot guarantee that every item is always complete or immediately up to date.
Some information may remain visible as part of the historical record.

Historical information may remain available when it is relevant to understanding a rider, team, brand or competition history.
06 — Corrections and Updates
Something wrong or outdated?
Riders, Teams, Brands and Event organizers can request a correction or update at any time.
When contacting us, please provide:

- The information that should be corrected
- The correct information
- When possible, an official or publicly accessible source confirming the change
This allows us to review updates efficiently and reduce inaccurate edits.

07 — Visitor and Email Data
RidersFanatics does not require visitors to create an account.
We do not maintain an internal user account database.
RidersFanatics also does not maintain its own database of visitor email addresses.
If you contact us through the website, your email address is used only so that we can receive and respond to your message.
It is not automatically used to create a user profile or added to a marketing database.
Contact messages may exist in the email systems used to receive and respond to your request.
RidersFanatics does not sell, rent or commercially distribute visitor email addresses.
08 — Newsletter
If you voluntarily subscribe to the RidersFanatics newsletter, your email address may be processed by our newsletter provider, currently Brevo.
The address is used only for the newsletter you requested.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the emails.
RidersFanatics does not maintain a separate internal copy of the newsletter email database.
The newsletter provider may retain information necessary to manage subscriptions, consent and unsubscribe requests.

13 — Young Riders
Some competitions featured on RidersFanatics may include minors.
For young riders, RidersFanatics aims to display only information relevant to their public sporting activity and already made public through appropriate sporting or official sources.
We do not intentionally publish private addresses, private contact information, school information or other unnecessary personal information about minors.
