Privacy policy
RidersFanatics is primarily a static editorial website. It operates a contact form but no active newsletter or user account system.
Information processed
When you use the contact form, RidersFanatics receives your name, email address, chosen message category, message and any relevant page URL you provide. Required fields are marked on the form. Standard hosting infrastructure may also process technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp and security events in server logs.
Purpose and legal basis
Contact details are used only to read, verify and answer your request, including a correction, source, technical report or partnership enquiry. Processing is based on your request and consent given when you submit the form. Do not send sensitive personal information.
Recipients and retention
Messages are delivered to the RidersFanatics mailbox at contact@ridersfanatics.com and are not sold. They are kept only while the request and any necessary follow-up are handled, then deleted when they are no longer useful, subject to any overriding legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your contact information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing contact@ridersfanatics.com. You may also contact the data protection authority applicable to you, such as the CNIL in France.
External services
Pages may link to manufacturers, retailers, Amazon and social platforms. Those websites operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. Following an external link transfers the visitor to the third party's service.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links are marked as sponsored affiliate links. The destination retailer may use its own identifiers or cookies to attribute a qualifying purchase. RidersFanatics does not receive the visitor's payment details from the retailer.
Future changes
If analytics, a newsletter or user accounts are activated later, this policy will be updated before the new processing begins, with appropriate consent and retention information where required.
